In Portugal, opening someone else's mail without consent is a criminal offence (article 194 of the Penal Code). That is why every account starts with a signed reception and opening mandate under the Civil Code, and why we verify your identity before issuing an address.
Mail content is processed only to provide the service, under GDPR. It is never used for advertising or profiling, scans are stored encrypted and deleted 90 days after you cancel, and access is limited to the staff who handle your mail.

No. The address is for correspondence only. Registered office and tax domicile use carries different legal duties and is not part of this service.
We sign for them as your agent under the mandate and scan them like any other letter. Items that legally require you in person cannot be accepted by anyone else and follow the carrier's normal procedure.
For 30 days we return them to sender or follow your instructions; your scans stay available for 90 days after cancellation.
Each additional letter is €1, added to your next invoice. You can also set a monthly cap and we will hold anything above it unopened.
